• Submit false information or impersonate others

• Post or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or infringing on others’ rights

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been breached.

Content is provided for general information only. While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it is complete, error-free, or always current.

Any business decisions you make based on information on the Site are your responsibility.

4. Enquiries, visitor requests and membership

Where the Site allows you to request a visitor place, submit an enquiry, or apply for membership:

• Submitting a form does not guarantee a place at a meeting or acceptance into membership.

• We may contact you to confirm details or suggest the most suitable group/time.

• Membership criteria, fees (if any), and meeting arrangements may change and will be confirmed directly by us.

If you collect or share information about other people (e.g., referring a visitor), you confirm you have their permission to do so.

5. Charity support and not-for-profit status

Premier Networking operates on a not-for-profit basis and supports local charities. Any fundraising activities, donations, or charitable support referenced on the Site are subject to availability, event rules, and any applicable terms communicated at the time.
